Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Velto Rise a limited license to process that content to provide the Services (for example, to generate meeting notes and summaries).

AI Meeting Notes

Meeting summaries and action items are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.

Fees and Billing

Fees, if applicable, will be described on the relevant order form or subscription plan. You agree to pay all fees as described.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velto Rise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
